Kikyo wandered throughout the forest glumly, hoping for something that would ease her sorrow. But she knew that what she wished for would never happen. Not with her around.
She kept walking until she stumbled upon a large tree in the middle of a clearing.
It's this tree... she thought, striding toward it with more life than before.
